"We couldn’t be happier for how MHB handled the sale. We kept the two-unit rental house we first lived in as income property to provide extra income on our next purchase. After 40 years the time came for us to sell. We considered FSBO until we saw an MHB sign offering to sell for a flat fee of $2500. We thought why not let someone else do all the work for that kind of service and savings. We met with Dan Tenny and his associate Erica September of 2017 to learn their process they termed the “evolution of real estate”. They did a walk-thru. We said we were still in the process of making improvements to sell as owner occupied property or a single family. Their guidance was wise advice. By April of 2018 we completed the improvements we needed to make. Dan gave us guidance to note conditions on the disclosure form. Our house went onto the multiple listing markets on a Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday after 15 showings and 11 offers we chose one that was well over our asking price. Throughout the entire process MHB staff worked in unison like a peloton in cycling, all working together for us, answering our questions very timely and keeping everyone involved together electronically in the process, including the tenant, regarding timelines on photoshoot, showings, inspections, appraisals, etc. Messaging was clear and concise. The closing came together in win-win model like a well-organized pace line to the finish. It was so easy to work with and place our trust in this professional team for our comfort and convenience. More importantly placing our trust in their knowledge, proficiency and professionalism was a blessing on our valued investment. MHB’s service, advice, marketing, expertise, value and teamwork is beyond compare in today’s real estate sales in our opinion. Thank you to Dan, Erica, Kristin and Kara for all you did for us.
