Daryn Allen Family Fundraiser
In support of the Daryn Allen Family, MHB Real Estate is donating our listing services to someone local who’s selling their house before December 31st, 2018 and would like to donate to the Allen Family instead of paying for our $2,500 Listing Program.
This Free Home Sale Voucher will be auctioned at the Allen benefit held at Norske Golf Club on August 27th, 2017 (more detail below).
***This certificate is good for the sale of any home in Dane County on or before December 31st, 2018. Our service is the listing side of the real estate transaction, which we will do for free, no matter the price of the home. If a buyer’s agent is involved in the sale, the homeowner / seller will be required to pay a 3 % commission. This is a one time use certificate. Current seller/listing clients of MHB Real Estate are excluded from this offer.***

MHB provides an outstanding, top rate real estate service, at a one rate fee of $2,500 - $500 upfront and $2,000 at closing. We still offer to pay buyer's agents a commission, but that fee is only paid if there is a buyer's agent involved.
