As the Founder and President of MHB Real Estate, Dan leads with a vision to improve real estate for clients, agents, and the industry. With a background in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship, he has grown MHB from the ground up into a team of 20 professionals selling 500–700 homes annually.

Focused on building a collaborative, high-performing team, he ensures MHB’s agents have the tools, systems, and support to deliver 5-star service and expert guidance. A Wisconsin native and father of three, he brings unwavering commitment and a drive for innovation to redefine what real estate can be.
