Given how the internet has democratized the real estate business and that real estate agents are not the absolute necessity they used to be, why anyone would choose the 2.5% - 3.0% commission model is beyond me. She did a great job with the photos and description of our house to present it in its best light. Appointments for showings were set up promptly and any changes were communicated to us. They were responsive to all questions and some unique circumstances we had. Minor issues were settled quickly with their input and reassurance. Brooke and Chris both went beyond expectations to help us be as prepared as possible.As a result we had an offer in less than a week at a good price and with minimal issues. Erin did a wonderful job helping us to find a great home. Buying a house remotely from Washington was not ideal, and doing everything by video call was definitely a new experience for us. Erin made it as easy as possible, she had a quick response time to any questions, was extremely detailed in explanation about textures, colors, smells and even actually got on the floor when I had questions about flooring/carpeting. We would highly recommend her and use her for any future real estate purchases
