If you're buying a home, you might be selling a home too. Luckily, we know a thing or two about selling homes, and can help you sell yours for just $500 up front and an additional $4,500 at closing (more on that here). We'll also help you coordinate your closings to make the transition from your old home to your new one as seamless as possible.
We'll be committed to you from day one, but we won't force you to reciprocate — while you will sign a contract to buy a home with MHB (formal "Buyers Agreements" are required by law), it won't trap you into working with us. We don't like to feel stuck, and we pass that same courtesy on to potential clients.
