Portia brings a unique blend of creativity, education, and business expertise to her work. After 15 years in NYC, where she built a career as a professional actor, model, and dancer, she moved back to the Madison area, where she earned her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a specialization in Real Estate Development and Investment, combining her creative background with strategic business acumen. Before transitioning into the business world, Portia spent a decade teaching in diverse learning environments, inspiring students from pre-kindergarten through the undergraduate level. Her experiences across the arts, education, and business have shaped a collaborative, people-centered approach to leadership, communication, and problem solving.

Outside of work, Portia is passionate about cultivating meaningful experiences, building strong community relationships, and creating vibrant spaces. She enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, dancing, creating art, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is a proud mother of two children, Aston and Olive, and a grateful partner to Jordan, with whom she shares a joyful and fulfilling life.
