In support of Immaculate Heart of Mary, Erica Wiley is donating our listing services to someone local who’s selling their house before December 31st, 2018 and would like to donate to Immaculate Heart of Mary instead of paying for our $2,500 Listing Program.

Our service is the listing side of the real estate transaction, which we will do for free, no matter the price of the home. MHB provides an outstanding, top rate real estate service, at a one rate fee of $2,500 - $500 upfront and $2,000 at closing. We still offer to pay buyer's agents a commission, but that fee is only paid if there is a buyer's agent involved.
