This certificate is good for the sale of any home in Dane County on or before December 31st, 2018. Our service is the listing side of the real estate transaction, which we will do for free, no matter the price of the home. If a buyer’s agent is involved in the sale, the homeowner / seller will be required to pay a 3 % commission. This is a one time use certificate. Current seller/listing clients of MHB Real Estate are excluded from this offer.
